SHIPPING
We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. We use AustraliaPost as our shipping carrier and record a tracking number for all items except those for which we offer free postage or postage under the flat rate. Please contact us via email if you require express shipping. Resonant Aromatics accepts no responsibility for shipping delays and missing parcels but we will do our absolute best to help if anything should go awry with your delivery.
DAMAGES
We always package your order with the utmost care and consideration but we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. Please retain all packaging and contact us if this should happen; we will do our best to help.
REFUNDS
All sales are final, once an order has been made we cannot offer a refund. If you wish to change your order, please email us and we will do our best to help.
