Terms and Conditions


We ship orders within 1-3 business days and use AustraliaPost as our shipping carrier. We record a tracking number for all orders shipped and will send this to you via email after your ‘Completed Order’ confirmation email.  Resonant Aromatics accepts no responsibility for shipping delays and missing parcels but we will do our ABSOLUTE best to help if anything should go awry with your delivery – contact us at info@resonantaromatics.com


We always package your order with the utmost care and consideration. If you discover your items have been damaged in transit – please retain/photograph all damaged items AND packaging, and contact us ASAP via email at info@resonantaromatics.com. We will be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund.


All sales are final, once an order has been made we cannot offer a refund unless it is an exceptional circumstance. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@resonantaromatics.com and we will do our best to help.


When ordering online, your email address will be added to our ‘Incense Love Club’ mailing list. To opt out, simply request this in the comments box at payment, by email to info@resonantaromatics.com or by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on the first email you receive. We aim to send only informative, interesting, relevant content based on our products and special offers – often exclusive to our mailing list.
